Process:
Under normal circumstances, when blood is required, the hospital will provide blood from the blood bank stock based on levels of urgency. However, occasionally when there is a shortage of blood, or the patient has a rare blood type, or for some reason, blood has not been available for such patients, you can summon Bloodline.
流程：
在正常情况下，当需要血液时，医院将根据紧急的程度从血库中向您提供血液。如果在血液短缺的情况下或患者的血液是属罕见血型，又或者基于某种原因，血库无法为患者提供血液时， 您便可召唤血缘。
Bloodline will respond to your appeal (in the above-mentioned situations) and help you.
血缘将会回应您的呼吁(在上述情况下)，为您提供必要的帮助。
Once the summon is made, a Bloodlinerepresentative will be in contact with the family and request some information to validate the authenticity of the request. Once this is done, we will post a callout.
当召唤程序完成后，血缘的代表将与患者的家人联系，并要求提供一些患者的信息，以核实请求的真实性。一旦核实完成，我们就会发布一个呼吁通告。
This is the information you will need to provide to us while requesting blood:

- Name and age of the patient.
患者的姓名和年龄。 - Name of the hospital.
医院的名称。 - Hospital bed number.
病床号码。 - Requested blood type.
所需的血型。 - Requested blood product and quantity.
所需的血液制品和数量。 - Brief description of the condition and background.
简略描述病况和背景信息。 - Please Confirm that the application form has been issued and submitted to the hospital blood bank.请确认用血申请表格已发出并提交给医院的血库。
- Bloodline respects the patient’s privacy. We will NOT publish the patient’s name without his/her/ guardian’s permission. Please confirm we can use the patient’s name on our callouts. Otherwise, the patient will be referred to Mr. X or Ms. X on our callouts.
血缘尊重每个患者的隐私。任何未经患者/监护人的许可，我们绝对不会公布患者的姓名。请向我们确认可否在呼吁板里使用患者的名字。否则，我们将采用昵称替代。 - Please provide us with the attending physician’s contact information to help us validate the appeals.请向我们提供主治医生的联系方式，以方便我们验证。
- 请把姓名，医院，病床号，血型，需要的血液制品和数量，这些信息发给我。简单描述下病情，并确认已经将用血申请单开出并递交给医院血库，谢谢
